Great car buying experience! Vance Willer was a knowledgeable and friendly salesman. He did not pressure me to make a decision but offered solid advice. Would be 5 but they forgot to reset my TMS after rotating my tires during the service . They were very kind and easy to work with and fixed it when I just stopped by . Thanks to the Staff in the service department !
I cannot recommend them enough! Jacob was phenomenal! I took my SUV to 2 other locations before taking it here and I deeply regret not going here first. One place said I needed to replace something that did not need replacing and they left my vehicle in complete disarray. He was honest and communicative throughout the entire process. The parts that were replaced have a 2 year warranty no matter which Chevy dealership I take it to. Moving forward, I will take my vehicle to El Dorado McKinney and always ask for Jacob, thank you sir!

Received a good deal from Sherman Chevrolet Cadillac, but my only complaint is the extensive amount of time to sign the paperwork. Nearly five and a half hours of sitting and waiting. Please work on that.

Everything was good when i went in for oil change and tire rotation except they didn’t air up my tires. All 4 are lower than recommended psi.
