Johnny was so friendly, professional, and helpful. I'm not sure if that's the same man I talked to on the phone when I had questions before scheduling it, but that guy was also very helpful and patient when I had questions about the recalls and if my warranty would cover the other things I had done. Jordan was excellent the finance department needs a new printer it kept jamming every other page took like 4 hours to complete ??everyone was very nice though keep snacks for you customers out I skipped lunch went right to the dealership and was starving and them the problem printer! Ugh! Took forever! But Jordan was an excellent salesman and that is coming from a brother that's brother owns a Chrysler dealership in another state and 4 th generation Chrysler (dodge ram) before I started leasing Chevy trucks and he found one that I really like 2nd time for this Sherman dealership to find one for me! Thanks Jordan for loving what you do! That dealership should realize if it wasn't for you I would not have done business again because you were so far from my home but Jordan was so willing to help on the phone! Be proud of your employee Jordan Hower you have a good one in him! He went above and beyond to get the deal done and it was just a lease! I bet he can move mountains on a sale! I went in looking at options for a new car after mine was totalled in a wreck. Even though I wasn't purchasing on that day, the associate was helpful and answered my questions. He, Vance, didn't give a hard sell or write me off. He continued to update me when new cars came on to the lot, keeping my preferences in mind. When I finally came back to test drive my current car, he and Alfredo in the finance dept., worked to ensure I could drive that car off the lot, under budget, and in the color I truly wanted.

Initially the service manager was not responsive but that was a problem with the communication system not efficient That needs to be made customer friendly After that the manager has given a 7 star service with excellent communication
