Frank Lopez, our salesman was excellent to deal with; very personable, knowledgeable, and kept in contact with us throughout the process. Also, the manager, Ryan was easy to deal with and we received a straight to the point bottom dollar price which we really appreciated since we live out of state. We did shop for and compare prices at our local dealership and they were not able to beat or meet the price given to us by Sherman Chevrolet. All the paperwork was handled quickly and was done accommodatingly. We highly recommend the dealership, the manager and our salesman! Go check them out and ask for Frank.

Great car buying experience! Vance Willer was a knowledgeable and friendly salesman. He did not pressure me to make a decision but offered solid advice. Would be 5 but they forgot to reset my TMS after rotating my tires during the service . They were very kind and easy to work with and fixed it when I just stopped by . Thanks to the Staff in the service department !

I cannot recommend them enough! Jacob was phenomenal! I took my SUV to 2 other locations before taking it here and I deeply regret not going here first. One place said I needed to replace something that did not need replacing and they left my vehicle in complete disarray. He was honest and communicative throughout the entire process. The parts that were replaced have a 2 year warranty no matter which Chevy dealership I take it to. Moving forward, I will take my vehicle to El Dorado McKinney and always ask for Jacob, thank you sir!
